General Terms and Conditions
• VAT is included on all prices.
• We only send goods once full payment is received.
• We reserve the right to amend prices, details of products, or delete items from the site without notice. We reserve the right to reduce or reject orders.
• Postage, shipping and processing costs are subject to increase by the Post Office / Carrier at any time. Therefore we reserve the right to amend these prices without notice.
• We advise that whilst the sugar decorations are made with edible ingredients they do contain non edible parts, e.g. wires for construction purposes. We do not accept any liability for the inappropriate use of any products whatsoever.
• With our ‘Husssh’ bags we leave it to the discretion of our customers to assess whether a child is old enough for any particular item, and to ensure it is sensibly used. If any toys become unavailable, toys of equal value and appeal will be substituted.

Returns and refunds
Goods will only be exchanged or refunded with prior consent and will need to be returned undamaged within 14 days of receipt (except for edible photos). So please pack well. We do not refund postage costs or edible photo orders.

Delivery/Postage and Packing

Sugar decorations and favours

We endeavour to despatch all orders that do not require assembly (such as single sugar flowers) within 5 working days of the receipt of your order and payment.

Please allow at least 28 days for all other orders.

However, due to circumstances beyond our control, on occasions we may not be able to complete your order within these timescales. In which case we will contact you with a delivery time.

Postage and packing is £6.45 per order - this includes insurance.

Sugar decorations will be individually packed in bubble wrap and tissue, and packed within a large strong box to reach you in excellent condition. Due to the nature of our products they are fragile and occasionally they do get damaged in transit. Please inform us of breakage’s within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence of broken items and packaging and we will replace/refund your flowers.

Edible photos
Select your postage option before placing your order. NORMAL SERVICE is £2.50 and is processed within 2-3 working days. It is posted First Class Royal Mail. Please allow time for Royal Mail postage as once posted the timescale for delivery is out of our control. We do not insure this service so we cannot compensate for loss or damage.

If your order is urgent please or you would like your order insured please select our SPEED SERVICE where orders placed by 10am (on a Monday – Thursday) will be processed same working day and after 10am processed next working day. This service is £7 and is by courier.

Order placement is not complete until photos and payment have been received. Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday. If you would like guaranteed Saturday delivery please contact us for P&P rates. This service requires a signature unless you specify. If there is no one in to receive the package please give delivery instructions with the order.
