Place your order safely on-line and then send your pictures in the post or via e-mail in any format.

Your image will be printed exactly as supplied by you. However if you would like your photo edited we can.
• We can crop and zoom to exclude unwanted space around the main subject.
• We can add text, like ‘Happy Birthday’.
• If you choose a round icing sheet, you do not need to send a round image. We have the technology to do that. These work best if there is plenty of space around the main subject. If not there may be some white space around the edges of the circle but we will do our best to minimise this.
• The images on the A3 and A4 sheets can be printed portrait (vertically) or landscape (horizontally). We will select the one we think suits the pictures best – UNLESS you have specified.
• We will fill the page with your image within the proportions of the picture. This may result in there being unprinted areas on the sheet, which can be cut off before application. You can specify the size of the finished picture.
• It is possible to print several smaller pictures on one icing sheet, which can be either applied as printed or cut out and applied separately.

Select your postage option before placing your order. NORMAL SERVICE is £2.50 and is processed within 2-3 working days. It is posted First Class Royal Mail. Please allow time for Royal Mail postage as once posted the timescale for delivery is out of our control. We do not insure this service so we cannot compensate for loss or damage.

If your order is urgent please or you would like your order insured please select our SPEED SERVICE where orders placed by 12 noon (on a Monday – Thursday) will be processed same working day and after 10 am processed next working day. This service is £7 and is by courier. Order placement is not complete until photos and payment have been received. Orders placed on a Friday will not be delivered until Tuesday. If you would like guaranteed Saturday delivery please contact us for P&P rates. This service requires a signature unless you specify. If there is no one in to receive the package please give delivery instructions with the order.

• We are happy to negotiate on large orders.
• The icing sheets work best when applied onto sugar paste, fondant icing or royal icing. They can be used on buttercream but we advise that you apply the icing sheet just before the cake is served as the moisture from the buttercream may cause the image to run.
• The icing sheets have a 6 month shelf life, but the manufactures advise that the images should be used within 2 weeks of printing for optimum quality.
